The album grew over 2 years during the depths of the pandemic as part of a healing and introspective process for both artists grappling with a world in turmoil.

Organic, intertwining sonic waves drift between dimensions, gently urging the listener to surrender, to breathe and to relax into the present moment.

The record was inspired by the ancient idea of the Chakras, energy centres throughout the body that relate to different elements of our spiritual, emotional, psychological, and physical wellbeing.

The album also weaves field recordings from all over New Zealand throughout the 83-minute journey, sounds from the forests, mountains and oceans, capturing an atmosphere that cannot be found anywhere else in the world.

It is our hope that this music will bring a sense of calm and inner peace to those who connect with it.
