You awaken in a soft haze.

Birds, butterflies and creatures of all kinds move gently throughout the forest. The sunlight filters through the canopy toward the lush, glistening undergrowth below.

A feeling of complete gratitude and awe washes over you as you take in your surroundings; It's like you're seeing again for the first time.

A deep love for all things fills your soul, you are returning home.

In creating this album alongside the birds, streams and valleys of Aotearoa New Zealand, there have been many special and powerful moments. I've been thinking a lot about the idea of creating music that just is, like the wind or the sunlight, there's no author, no artist.

Just the sound transforming and expressing itself.

It's been a deeply nourishing and meditative process to create. I really appreciate the love and support. :)
